AirTrunk has announced the first large-scale data center in Hong Kong as an international connectivity hub

AirTrunk yesterday announced the first super-large data centre in the Asia-Pacific region, with Singapore and Hong Kong, and Hong Kong as the first large data centre, known as AirTrunk HKG1.

Located near Tsuen Wan, it will be transformed from an eight-storey industrial building into a hyper-large-scale data centre to support the growing demand for cloud customers in Hong Kong. With an IT load of more than 20 MW, the Hong Kong data centre provides connected, secure and efficient services to the cloud in Hong Kong.
